I think about the people.
What do they need? What are the critical priorities for them to create their best and most impactful work? What really matters?
As operational leaders, it’s easy to get caught up in creating a perfect system or a perfect tool. We have to remember people are at the center of our work and our operational systems have to keep them at the center of their design.
